Our signature fitness and physique transformation program.
BOOSTcamp is a fun but intense total body workout designed to get you fit, increase your strength and to help you achieve your body composition goals
A six-week program incorporating a combination of high intensity (HIIT), strength and core conditioning, circuit and obstacle training and boxing.
Each week there are 14 different sessions on offer, you may do as many sessions as you like.
We recommend starting with 3 sessions a week and add more as you get stronger and fitter. It’s possible to train every day as each session is uniquely different from the last.
What to expect
What makes BOOSTcamp stand out the most is the VARIETY of each and every session. Each class is completely different to the next to ensure your workouts are diverse, challenging and NEVER DULL.
The sessions will involve (but not limited to) a combination of the following:
HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (HIIT):
Intense bursts of activity with a brief recovery time to kick your metabolism into overdrive. Work at your own pace, listen to your body and build gradually. Designed to strengthen and tone core muscles to give you a full body workout that maximises fat and calorie burning.
BOXING FOR FITNESS:
Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills; an all over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina.
CIRCUIT TRAINING:
Bulgarian bags, TRX Rip Trainer, Plyo Boxes, Battle Ropes and Medicine balls, Stepladders, Resistance Bands to name a few. These tools will work your body like never before.
STAIR TRAINING:
Taking your workout to the stairs, to boost your burn and tone in less time. Stair workouts not only kick your butt, they also firm it like nothing else.
GAME DAY:
Designed by head trainer, Damian Fisher. Game day is a fun session for both trainer and trainee alike. Expect the unexpected and watch the calorie burn count climb.
Pricing
€350 – Unlimited classes (14 class times per week to choose from)
Our timetable offers you the flexibility to attend any of the 14 scheduled classes each week. Each program lasts for 6 weeks and you may attend as many sessions as you like.
Some train with us every day, however we recommend committing to at least 3 sessions a week.
BoostCamp also includes a nutritional program to help you lose fat and also an online offering. Over 50 recorded Boost sessions which can be used at any time and at your own convenience.

The Booster Week 5 day program is based on our signature BOOSTcamp workouts.
Our full-body-blasting Booster Week program gives you a 5 day express pass to blast yourself into shape. Each day focuses on different training techniques and muscle groups, expertly designed to combine fat-burning cardio with intense core conditioning to leave you feeling (and looking) like you’ve worked every muscle in your body. Come along and sweat like you mean it.

Monaco Port Wall – Top Level of the Cruise Liner Terminal (Quai Rainer III)
Parking – Underneath the port wall via Ave De La Quarantaine
Buses – 1 & 2 – Last stop (Oceanographic Museum) and then a 5 min walk via the stairs towards Fort Antoine down to the port wall.
