This is a 2 week exercise program largely centred around calisthenics (body weight) and hand weights (Dumbbells or making use of household items).
You have direct access to a world class personal trainer, to kick your arse and to get you motivated.
There are 8 exercises classes on offer each week and includes a wide range of training systems ranging from strength/sculpting, circuit training, metabolic conditioning and high-intensity interval training.
To balance out the exercise program, 2 amazing Yoga sessions (instructed by the fabulous Lucy Coote) and a breathwork class (Led by Damo) will be available to Team members.
All sessions will be broadcast live via the online video conferencing app called ZOOM (free and easy to install).
The session times are varied to give you lots of flexibility.
The BOOST ZOOM Live Sessions will be made available on Demand for 24 hours after the class, just in case you miss it !!
You will also have direct access to Damo (head trainer) for any questions or help regarding fitness and nutrition. Strategically engineered to lift, define and shape. Build strength and definition in a low-impact functional training and core conditioning program. You will be able to move better, feel stronger and look more defined and strong. Targeting glutes, legs, core, arms and shoulders.
Think Personal Training in a small group environment, the program is limited to 12 committed ladies. We will utilise bands, body weight and lightweight exercises to accentuate your new sculpted physique. SCULPT will bring the fun factor as well as the burn.
SCULPT is a 6-week program where you will train twice a week. Tuesday and Thursday 9 – 10 am
