THE BOOST AT HOME AUGUST PROGRAM
Over the past 15 weeks Damo has recorded every single BOOST zoom Live session since the start of confinement (April 13th). That's 75 recorded sessions!!!
Damo has carefully selected 20 of his favourite sessions, and has created a weekly timetable for you to follow over the month of August(4 weeks).
The program is largely centred around calisthenics (body weight) and hand weights (Dumbbells or making use of household items).
There are 5 exercises classes on offer each week and includes a wide range of training systems ranging from strength/sculpting, circuit training, metabolic conditioning and high intensity interval training.
To balance out the exercise program, you will have access to a pre-recorded stretch session and a breath work class (Led by Damo) will be available to Team members.

Every session is 30 to 40mins, guaranteed to give you the biggest bang for your buck
