BOOSTcamp is a fun but intense total body workout designed to get you fit, increase your strength and to help you achieve your body composition goals
A six-week program incorporating a combination of high intensity (HIIT), strength and core conditioning, circuit and obstacle training and boxing.
Each week there are 14 different sessions on offer, you may do as many sessions as you like.
We recommend starting with 3 sessions a week and add more as you get stronger and fitter. It’s possible to train every day as each session is uniquely different from the last.
What to Expect
What makes BOOSTcamp stand out the most is the VARIETY of each and every session. Each class is completely different to the next to ensure your workouts are diverse, challenging and never dull.
The sessions will involve (but not limited to) a combination of the following:
High intensity training
Boxing for fitness
Circuit training
Stair training
Game day

Our timetable offers you the flexibility to attend any of the 14 scheduled classes each week. Each program lasts for 6 weeks and you may attend as many sessions as you like.
Some train with us every day, however we recommend committing to at least 3 sessions a week.
BoostCamp also includes a nutritional program to help you lose fat and also an online offering. Over 50 recorded Boost sessions which can be used at any time and at your own convenience.

Location
The BOOST training locations could not be more idyllic. Located on the Monaco Port Digne. The turquoise waters of the Mediterranean in the foreground and the dazzling architecture of Monaco and the mountains in the background. Training outdoors has never been more enticing.
- Monaco Port Wall – Top Level of the Cruise Liner Terminal
(Quai Rainer III) - Parking – Underneath the port wall via Ave De La Quarantaine
- Buses – 1 & 2 – Last stop (Oceanographic Museum) and then a 5 min walk via the stairs towards Fort Antoine down to the port wall.
