About

My job is not to be easy on people. My job is to take these great people we have and to push them and make them even better.โ€

About The Trainer

My name’s Damian Fisher.

I’ve been a personal /group trainer for over 18 years, but more importantly obsessed with fitness and sport since I could walk (I’m an Aussie, it’s our religion). I’m the owner and trainer for Boost Monaco, Monaco’s premier outdoor fitness training provider since 2012.

My key qualifications include:
  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach
  • Advanced Kettlebell instructor
  • Advanced Personal Trainer
  • Certified Boxing for Fitness Coach
  • Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor

As a personal trainer, I’ve been called many things (mostly expletives ๐Ÿ™‚ however I would say my greatest strength is my ability to motivate, largely through my ability to design world class fitness programs.

There’s an art in personal training that only comes with experience. Only a few trainers have mastered this skill. The skill to find a balance between a challenging but yet enjoyable program. But also knowing how to push the boundaries just enough to ensure progression. Pushing too little will lead to plateaus and regression, pushing too much may lead to discouragement or injury.

โ€œThe difference between a successful coach and a great coach is the ability to inspire and empower their players.โ€
