Think Personal Training in a small group environment, the program is limited to 12 committed ladies. We will utilise bands, body weight and light weight exercises to accentuate your new sculpted physique. SCULPT will bring the fun factor as well as the burn.
SCULPT is a 6-week program where you will train twice a week. Tuesday and Thursday 9 – 10am
