Think Personal Training in a small group environment, the program is limited to 12 committed ladies. We will utilise bands, body weight and light weight exercises to accentuate your new sculpted physique. SCULPT will bring the fun factor as well as the burn.
The SCULPT sessions take place on a Tuesday and Thursday 9 – 10am and we encourage all participants to compliment their training by attending at least one BOOST/CAMP class per week. This will give the perfect balance between sculpting and body conditioning.
